About Lee

I'm a Certified KonMari® Consultant, professional organiser, and wellness coach, supporting women in creating homes that feel calm, intentional, and aligned with the life they want to live.

My work goes beyond organising. It's about helping you make clear, confident decisions, let go of what no longer serves you, and create a home that truly supports your wellbeing.

For much of my life, I considered myself an organised person. But like many women, as life evolved, so did the demands on my time, energy, and space.

Through moving homes, renovating, and stepping into motherhood, I found that despite my best efforts, things began to feel overwhelming. My home no longer reflected the calm and clarity I was craving.

It was during this time that I rediscovered Marie Kondo and her KonMari Method®. What stood out to me wasn't just the idea of tidying, but the deeper connection to how we live - choosing what truly matters, and letting go of what no longer services us, with gratitude.

As I began applying the method in my own home, everything started to shift. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I felt clearer, more grounded, and more in control of my space and my time.

That experience led me to formally train as a KonMari Consultant and integrate my passion for wellness and coaching - so I could support others through the same kind of transformation.

My approach

My approach is grounded in the KonMari Method, combined with a thoughtful, supportive coaching style.

Rather than focusing on quick fixes or surface-level organisation, I guide you through a process of making clear, intentional decisions about what you choose to keep in your home and your life.

Together, we work by category - not by room - allowing you to fully understand what you own, and to create lasting systems that support your daily life.

Through this process, I offer calm, practical guidance, along with the space for you to reflect, make decisions, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

My previous background as an executive assistant and office coordinator within corporate environments has also shaped my ability to bring structure, clarity, and thoughtful organisation to both homes and everyday life.

What it's like to work with me

Working with me is a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental experience.

I understand that inviting someone into your home can feel personal, and at times, even a little vulnerable - I've been there myself, and I approach every session with care, respect, and understanding.

Your privacy and confidentiality are always valued, and you can feel confident that this is a space where you will be supported without judgement.

This is a collaborative journey. I guide you through each step, offering practical support and gentle structure, while allowing you the space to make decisions that feel right for you.

Together, we move at a pace that feels manageable, building confidence as we go, and creating lasting change that you can maintain long after our sessions are complete.

For those outside of Brisbane, or who prefer a more flexible option, online sessions are also available.

I'm also deeply passionate about mindful living, and the way our homes can support our overall wellbeing. I believe in taking a considered approach to what we bring into our spaces - favouring quality, simplicity, and more sustainable choices over excess.

This work isn't about creating a perfectly organised home, but about creating one that feels intentional, supportive, and aligned with the way you want to live.
